Getting Started

● Home Assessed: A nurse will visit the consumer at their home to determine if they are eligible for Medicaid funded care. They will find out how many weekly hours of care they will get.

● Select a Caregiver: The consumer will notify RCG Health Services of their chosen caregiver. We will visit the consumer's home to help you enroll in the program.

● Get Started: They Get Care - You Get Paid. They receive continuous care from someone who cares about them, while you gain peace of mind knowing you are compensated for the care you are providing.

At RCG Health Services, we prioritize the comprehensive training and ongoing support of our caregivers to ensure they provide the highest quality of care. Upon hiring, each caregiver undergoes an extensive background check and pre-employment screening process. We work together making sure our consumers are getting the best care.

● Orientation: New caregiver are introduced to our company culture, values and policies.

● Hands - On - Training: Caregiver participants in practical training sessions where they learn essential care giving skills

● Emotional Support: Understanding that care giving can be emotionally demanding, we offer support resources to help manage stress.
